  Been going here for about 15 years and I can say its not what it used to be. I understand prices increase but the quality does not match up. Especially, when you go in well before 4 expecting to pay lunch prices and charged for dinner. The cleaniness of the place is gross; sticky tables/floors, gunk and dust on walls, dirty bowls and cups, the sticks they cook with stuck in a bucket crusted with old food on top, the holding temps for food on the counter never seem to be on par for sitting out(thawed meat, warm eggs, soggy veggies etc.) Or you get side eye and attitude for asking to refill a certain food/sauce thats empty. The host never seems to have any hospitality or patience anymore, which ruins the whole dining experience to begin with. My family says once a month "It couldnt be as bad as last time" then we all end up irritated after or sick that night/next morning. This place needs an absolute OVERHAUL (it hasnt changed at all in the 15 years) and until that happens I cannot bring my family here anymore. Breaks my heart because it used to be an absolute GEM.

  Me and my family came in around 8:10. 59 minutes before they closed. We figured we can get a good meal with the snowy weather. We weren't planning to stay long, sit down and have a nice meal. THE waiter immediately gave me and my family stink eye when walking in. We had to ask to be seated. The waiter seemed extremely annoyed. Took us to a booth, we all asked for waters, no soup or rice. Right when I was about to sit down he tells me and my family he doesn't want us to eat there anymore and to just do the to-go. They need to find a different waiter.

  Fui a comer en Mongolian y el mesero me dijo llévate comida atu casa y apenas alas 8:20 y no me dio de bebida y no me dio cerbilletas y él está muy enojado mesero no recomendable
