  Fresh Thyme Market has gone bad. The store doesn't keep as much fresh produce as it did just a year ago. The produce variety sucks. The store has a really bad habit of hiring butchers that have ABSOLUTELY no clue on how to be a butcher. They are NOT educated in the cuts of meat, they don't know stew meat from stir fry, it's absolutely terrible. The butchers are not paying attention to what meats are selling to keep it stocked for customers, smh just sad that a store so close lacks education in customer buying habits. The customer service overall is very good. They try to accommodate you as best their understanding can. However the butchers have to do better. Customers need educated butchers who can read and understand the buying habits of customers. Stocking up $2 and 3$ flat irons yet having no stir fry is crazy. Having to mark down meats because you cut so many cheap cuts that nobody is buying, while at the same time not stocking the actual meats people are buying is not smart at all. Pay attention to what meat is selling and stop stacking up meat you see you have to mark down and eventually throw out. Hire better educated butchers and when you don't have one close the meat down. Education and training in the meat department is needed very bad.
