And they somehow always manage to make our orders wrong when we tell them exactly what we want in the coffees. Today we got food as well and they forgot to give it to us so we waited at the drive-thru window for 20 minutes and no one came to give it to us. We then had to walk inside the store to ask for the food we paid for. So we did get our order, but at what cost?
