  We took 2 kids (4&6). We bought $120 for games and there were a few the little ones could play but not a ton. Plenty for the adults! When we were done we went to eat and half the tables were empty and we were told an hour wait! It was a weekend, but this tells me they either had no staff to handle a weekend or it’s a practice to get people to play games and eat. Next time we’ll go and check in before we play (we didn’t spend all the money from first visit). I’ll update the review if good food. Lesson learned, check in for food before playing games!

  The food was barely mid, but the service was absolutely awful. The servers acted like it was their first night. We went on a Thursday - 2/19 when the place was dead, yet it took forever to get our food, forever to get the check, and then the check was wrong. At the bar, we ordered two shots. The bartender said okay, put our glasses out, grabbed the bottle, then walked away to the other end of the bar to make mixed drinks for other customers. Those drinks were not ours. He left our bottle and glasses sitting there while we stood waiting for a solid 10 minutes before finally coming back to pour the shots. This place seriously needs to get its service together if it expects to last in the Quad Cities.

  I’m not sure what the system is for serving tables but this place did not have one. Our drinks were forgotten, our food was wrong after having to order different food because what we wanted had ran out and it took a very long time to get anything wet ordered. At one point someone took our drink to a table who was done with their meal and they said it wasn’t theirs and they were about to leave, went back to what I assume was the bar, came back five minutes later and tried to give it to another table who refused it since they didn’t order it, returned to assumed , then five minutes later brought it back out and just dropped it off at the table of the same people who had left and walked away lol we were paying attention coffee ones it was ours so we just grabbed it from the empty table but it was kind of a nightmare. I won’t judge them from this experience since they haven’t been open long and I’m sure they’re still trying to find their bearings but be prepared for some mishaps until they’ve been open a while! Be patient and don’t lose your cool, they’re trying

  Dave & Busters in Davenport was the worst experience ever encountered. Our table of 6 (4 adults/2 kids) ordered food and drinks, which included (2) of the 90 min game play cards. with my food, I had 2 small draft beers. After we ate, we all went into the game area (after about half hour) our waitress came and spoke (only) me, while my husband was standing next to me, and said, "I just need to say you've had some drinks, but you aren't being belligerent or anything but we need to give you water". My initial response was, "your kidding right?" I was shocked! She then proceeded to say again, she can see I am not drunk or causing issues but also needed to go to our table and sit or else they will give it away. I said we specifically asked (at the time we ordered food/play pass) about our table and she told us then; if we leave our coats there it was fine. I reminded her of what she told us. Then she proceeded to say there were people waiting, as I turned around and said, "there are 7 open tables". We bought the eat and play cards, so we had an unlimited card for 90 minutes. I said "who told you to tell us this" she replied, "my manager." It was very odd how she was speaking to me. I then asked to speak to her manager. Had to ask 2x. She finally came over and said the opposite of what our waitress said. I told her, well you 2 need to get your stories straight. Come to find out, our waitress also picked out, in the game area, the other female in our group & told her the same thing about drinks and our table. Weird how our waitress only came to us girls and not our husbands!! We feel this was done just so she could get us to leave, so she could have another paying tip table. This was unacceptable and insulting. Funny part is the manager even offered us more drinks (free round). We said No, that we were leaving to go elsewhere!! Walking out we noticed several tables with beer buckets (I wonder if they would be told the same thing) I will never return!

  We visited with our two toddlers (1 & 2 years old), and the bartenders, Kira and Kendal absolutely made the entire experience for our family. They were so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. Dining out with little ones can be hectic, but they never made us feel like an inconvenience—quite the opposite. They were attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Even with the restaurant being newly opened and busy, both bartenders clearly knew their stuff. Drinks were great, service was smooth, and they handled everything with confidence and positive attitudes. You can tell they genuinely care about guests and take pride in what they do. I also want to recognize the bus boy—TayJay, I believe his name was. He was incredibly thorough, quick to help, and you can tell he’s a hardworking young man with a great work ethic. He kept all areas clean and checked in with us in such a polite way. These three truly made our dining experience memorable, and I hope Kira, Kendal, and TayJay receive the proper recognition they deserve. They are exactly the kind of team that will keep families like ours coming back again and again.
