The men's bathroom was also disgusting, food and it looked like beard clippings all over the sink, trash also overflowing in there with paper towels on the ground. The wall of the hall that leads to the bathroom is all dinged up and stained looking. Definitely not putting their best food forward at this location... Counted 7 employees behind the counter, mostly standing around and talking. No reason this restaurant should've looked like this. Food was just ok.

- RKRaja KFeb 4, 20262.0The quality of food has gone down over time here. Portions are not the same as they were before and the food doesn't taste fresh and good like before. Rice is hard and the other ingredients such as the salsa and sour cream are not added in sufficient quantities to make the meal succulent. While Chipotle is a great restaurant, I think a bit more attention to quality of food by the local management in this place will go a long way in winning back its customers. They shouldn' t hesitate to charge an additional dollar if necessary, and maintain high standards.

If you want to give customers the best quality and experience you guys need to change how you keep the meat hot. When customers add on toppings to bowls it immediately gets cold. I went here and the meat was ugly and cold looking I asked do they have more the girl with an attitude looked around and said no, I left, NOPE. You will NOT get me sick. People have to normalize recognizing when food may put you at risk, or just mite not be worth your money.
