As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Many customers reported issues with incorrect orders and poor order accuracy, often receiving items they did not order.
Customer Service
Feedback indicates a significant number of customers experienced rude or unprofessional behavior from staff, particularly at the drive-thru.
Food Quality
While some customers enjoyed the food, there were numerous complaints about cold or undercooked items, as well as concerns about the freshness of ingredients.

Customers appreciated the low prices and value deals, but some felt that the quality did not match the cost.
Service Speed
There were mixed reviews on service speed, with some praising quick service while others reported long wait times.

If you've never had checkers your missing out it's a great place to grab a quick bite. If you like nuggets get there box you get a lot for a low price

Worst experience ive ever had at any fast food resturaunt. Store #5932 east locust in davenport ia. 12/15/25 627pm. Went thru drive thru ordered...2 double cheese. Fries drink 2 apple pies and 5pc wing. Was asked to pull around and park. Waited a long time to see people who parked after us get their food before us. They gave us a bag the labels were correct but we did not know til getting home that the bag contained NOTHING we ordered. It had 1 cold fish and some gross nuggets and fries. I immediately called the store speaking with Andrea who apoligized and asked me to come back. I could not as i take care of my bed ridden mother who cannot be left alone. Andrea proceeded to tell me she would put me on a list for replacement order i could come the next day 12/16/26. I took my receipts with her name to the store and the manager Jeremy refused to resolve my issue he stated he did not care if i was inconvienced or that i lost money doing business. Jeremy proceeded to laugh in my face that ive been in inconvienced not once but now twice and refused to reaolve anything. I asked him to call this Andrea and did he know who she was he stated everyone wears name tags he knew who she was then proceeded to fake call saying Andrea was not answering. Then he basically threw my receipts thru the window in my face and closed the window as he told me come back when Andrea works as Jeremy refused to either replace what i ordered and NEVER received nor would he refund my $20.31. Worst part Jeremy behave in his horrifying manner with at least 3 employees watching.
I was NOT asking for anything but what i paid for in good faith. Jeremy behaved as though i was trying to steal from the business. Disgusting behavior the business stole from me!!!

It's not the best burger you'll ever have, but the staff is always friendly and the service is quick. The prices cant be beat either, the 2 for $5 is a great deal!

Its checkers, what more can I say. Extremely salty burgers, hot fries and cold drinks. After going through the automated drive thru speaker, which I absolutely hate! We had paid the cashier and while he was getting change we could his fellow co workers talk about some pretty not appropriate topics. Good thing the window shut. It was pretty vulgar. The worker at the window was probably the best out of the whole experience. Very polite, professional and just knew his job duties... probably won't be going back for a while. Overall not terrible. They just need to cut back on all the salt.
