  Got 20 wings. Dry and hard. Overcooked. They were actually inedible. Smh. Never again.

  Came last Thursday because I like to inevitably take advantage of the long running BOGO boneless Thursdays. I get 30 wings, and in app it's always said "add up to 8 side options (ranch cup, celery, carrots+celery), have chosen the 4 little cups of ranch and 4 celeries for literally YEARS. Go last week, I notice an extra $9 is added to my bill. Look into it and ask the girls up from, they now provide 0 free sides and charge $1 per item. I was stuck paying $9 for 1/6th of a small bottle of ranch and 6-7 flimsy pieces of celery. Was going to have to wait 5-10 minutes just for a manager to take the time to come talk to me about it. I'm done. You guys suck. Period. Don't even give me the option for the sides if you're going to stealth charge them on to the bill. How is it uneconomical for me to get 30. Freaking. Wings. And not offer 1 single free serving cup of ranch???? Unbelievable.

  If I could do 0 stars I would. We ordered food and my husband went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready. He was told it would be another 30 mins. He waited then went back in only to find out our food was done and they gave it to the wrong customer. They tried to give that meal to my husband but it's been ran through and old by this time. They told my husband he will have to wait awhile to get new food because they are busy instead of re making our food first.

  Too loud. They are playing world series at level 9 of 10. They are out of diet soda of any kind and have been for several days. What in the world. We asked to turn it down but was told no it is their policy..... Are you kidding me. Last time I come here.

  HORRIBLE or whatever the word you prefer for service. Ordered wings, grilled dippers, fried pickles and regular fries. Called at 6:10 and got in line for my pick up at 6:35, I was still standing in line until 7:20 when I finally got my order. I hate to bash the staff since they’re at mercy of the cooks which apparently there was 3 new cooks but come on. This location needs to call the manager of ANY chick fil an and take notes. They are lucky there weren’t any Karen’s in there.. don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience on a Thursday night. Needless to say I finally get my order and it’s wrong OF COURSE so then get to wait longer. Safe to say I won’t be going back there any time soon. If your planning on going there with a group of more then 0 people you might as well choose somewhere else
