  Service was good, I recommend not adding bacon to anything. I had to take it off my burger, it was very burnt bacon. Burger was ok but who burns bacon that bad and then puts it on main dish? See photo for what is could look like and what it actually looks

  Seems like the vast majority of the poor ratings have been left by people with less than 10 reviews. While there may be problems with the service and/or food within the establishment, I have to say that my recent online carryout order was well made and on time. Ordered the 2 entrees with sides and drinks for $19.99. Got 2 burgers that were fresh and delicious. A real step above other chains like Applebee's. The special comes with either fries, tots, or potato wedges which are vastly superior to the customarily soggy fries from the aforementioned "other" establishment. Also ordered fried pickles that were quite enjoyable without being overly spicy. Added 20 boneless wings with a choice from over 20 sauces that appealed to our diverse taste buds. Each item was boxed individually and clearly labeled. Couldn't be happier with our meal as it was one of the better carryout meals that we've had in a long time. A ton of food for less than $50. Will definitely be back.

  The cashiers are useless; they don't know how to serve customers. I ordered my food, paid in cash, and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, but an hour passed and my food was never ready. I asked to cancel my order and get my money back, but they refused to give me my money; they only wanted to give me a gift card. I didn't accept it because I don't plan on returning to that place. They kicked me out; they never gave me my food or my money back. The manager is a terrible person. I plan to denounce them.

  I don't know how many times I order online and the staff can't follow directions. I ordered BOGO bone-in wings, half Brown Sugar/Half Honey BBQ and they didn't even sauce the honey ones. I was given dry, plain wings. The fried pickles were supposed to be free because I used my points and that wasn't recognized, nor did I get the southwest sauce that comes with it. Not the first time these guys have been this oblivious. I don't know if they need to train the staff better or what but this is unacceptable.

  Victoria at Buffalo Wild Wings I stopped into Buffalo Wild Wings for a quick bite, Victoria and Kate absolutely made my visit outstanding. From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with genuine energy and a welcoming attitude that set the tone for the whole meal. I ordered a classic burger with fries and a Diet Coke, and Victoria made sure everything came out perfectly. She checked in just the right amount—not too much, not too little—making sure my drink stayed full and my food was exactly how I wanted it. Her timing and attention to detail were spot-on. What really stood out was her professionalism and friendliness. She handles a busy bar with ease, stays calm under pressure, and still makes every guest feel like they matter. That’s not something you see every day, and it speaks volumes about her work ethic and dedication to great service. Victoria is the kind of bartender every restaurant wishes they had: efficient, personable, and dependable. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have her representing the brand. I’ll definitely be back—great service makes all the difference.
