There was as lovely woman who was about to end her shift, she had asked the gentleman who was at the counter if he had been helped, which he had not. He was waiting before I was, she hopped on to the register and took his order as well as mine. She was apologetic and just her willingness to stay and help was refreshing. I understand they may have been short staffed, but don't ignore the customers who decide to sit down and eat, or placed a to go order inside. Arby's has a great meal deal where you get fries, a mozzarella stick, a dessert and a drink along with a roast beef sandwich. Thank you to the woman who stayed, you are appreciated and the dressert was delicious.
