  Very nice family entertainment venue. Food was very good, and came to the table quickly, we had a 1pm Saturday table reservation and was greeted at the front door, our waitress was very good. Price seems fair for what you get. Games are plentiful and have a lot of variety. Restrooms were CLEAN and well stocked, always nice. Will DEFINITELY be returning, it was opened in January our visit was the first of April, will hope it continues as if new.

  I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I come weekly for the games and stay for the delicious food! We have had amazing waiters each time! And the manager Armani has always been their to maker sure our dinner is always pref! (He never gotta worry because we know it always it and we’re always in such kind hands of the servers) Thank you D&B your team here is amazing!!! And every with a few new store hiccups we will always back with smiles, cheers for wins, mmmmmmmm delicious food 💙🧡

  Being generous with 3 stars, games were pretty fun. Food was mid at best. Hostess blankly stared at me for an uncomfortable amount of time upon entry when I said we reserved a table for 4. Our total was $161- no biggie. Gave the waitress $100 (two game cards was $43 plus $3 activation so that was basically for the games) then asked to pay the rest on card. It was a whole debacle but someone else came over to lend a hand, but the tip amount is based on entire bill including game cards which was crazy to me- anyways. Gave her $100 bill she wandered off and came back for me to pay the rest on card and it somehow went from $61 to $70 BEFORE I added the tip and then I noticed the “cash amount” now said $91 instead of $100… when I brought it up our serve just stared at me too… so that was cool I guess. Definitely won’t be back.

  We visited Dave & Buster’s on a Saturday at 11am. I was not impressed with our experience, although I really wanted to like it. We spent around $100 with food and game card included. The food was not enjoyable. I ordered their signature “Gold Fingers” chicken tenders. They came out rubbery and dry. The fries were like they had been sitting under a warmer for a while. The boneless wings were soggy in the middle with a tough breading and tasted similar to Tyson bagged boneless wings. Our waiter was nowhere to be found once the food came out and never came back to attend to the table again or refill our drinks until the very end. Also, buying a game card combo with your meal counts toward the total bill price and generates a large tip with set percentage options. We tipped well out of principle but I was very dissatisfied with the service we received. The atmosphere is very loud which is expected for the experience but do be aware of this. It is difficult to hear someone sitting across the table from you. There were no games that were particularly impressive. I did find the staff on the floor managing the games and maintenance to be very pleasant to talk to and helpful. The waiter was very considerate of us while taking the order but failed to continue to provide service afterward. Regardless, I will never go to Dave & Busters again, mostly due to their inability to provide an adequate dining experience.
