  My husband and I shared a banana split but will never get it again it didn’t have a lot of ice cream it was mostly whip cream chocolate sauce 2 strawberry’s but not a lot and crushed pineapple I was really disappointed I have not had one since I was a kid and then it was a lot of ice cream not worth my money I feel like I wasted money

  Check your receipt before leaving the store!! I purchased a DQ cake at this location last week and didn’t look at the receipt until I got home. I discovered that in addition to the cake and tax, I had been charged for a “Roundup donation”—whatever that is. I tried calling the store multiple times to get an explanation, but they won’t/don’t answer their phone. I'm not happy that I was charged for something other than the cake. Whatever the “donation” was, it’s dishonest to charge customers for something they aren’t aware of and agree to at the time of purchase. This practice of adding a “donation” fee to the purchase needs to stop. I won’t be going back to this DQ store anytime soon.

  Apparently sauced and tossed means stack the chicken in the box and pour the sauce on top. And the woman who answered the phone started snapping at me less than 30 seconds in when all I had said so far was the my order was wrong and ⅔ of the chicken was unsauced. I apologized if i had seemed rude but getting angry with me seemed out of line and if i could speak to a manager, only to be snapped at that she was. And then told there would be no refund only a remake or a coupon. I stopped by on my lunch break so i coulndt go back, and honestly if thats how they treat people im surprised they have any business... or coworkers for how things sounded in the back ground while I was set down and not on hold

  Placed an order using the Mobile app. It was easy to use. Arrived at the establishment and was immediately greeted. The employees were helpful and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Decided to get a table and dine-in. It was clean and quiet. The tenderloin and chicken strips are my favorite.

  Stopped here to get Icecream after my bday dinner. All of our blizzards had a chemical taste. Almost like hand sanitizer. Brought them back in and just got a sorry and refund. Nothing acknowledging the fact that there could be a problem whether it is with the equipment, Icecream mix or an employee that was annoyed they had to make 5 blizzards. Suggested she smell the ice cream so she could see what we were talking about. She just threw them away. Couldn’t have cared less. Either way very mono toned annoyed look and tone.
