    When entering the restaurant, I got a splinter from the wooden door handle. I told the manager what happened and his response was "..okay" and then just looked at me with a blank stare. Base line empathy and reassurance that the door would be addressed would have been awesome, however the General Manager did not seem interested in displaying the slightest bit of friendliness or empathy. The fact that the person who treated me like this was the GM is really disappointing.
