This was my first time using the online ordering for take out. It was easy to do and the food was ready and hot.

Delicious food and great service. We got a soup and a rice dish, both were amazing. The prices are affordable and good value. Very nice atmosphere and vibe.

Went at 1230 on a Saturday. Wasn't busy, had my food well before I was bored playing on my phone. Had the chicken pad Thai. Was very good. 6/10 spice was a hair spicy for me but that's fine. The back in parking outside is weird to me but that's not their fault.

We stopped at Mercy Thai while visiting from Colorado, and this place absolutely delivered.
The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Even though they were clearly busy with takeout and delivery orders, it didn’t impact dine-in service at all—everything came out in a timely manner and the staff stayed attentive.
I’ve had a lot of Thai food, and Mercy Thai is easily in my top 3—honestly, it might be the best I’ve had.
We ordered a wide variety: fried egg rolls, crab cheese rangoons, combination Pad Thai, shrimp Pad Thai, Pad Thai Woon Sen with pork, and drunken noodles with pork. Every single dish was flavorful, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Nothing felt rushed or generic.
The boba was also excellent—we tried taro, brown sugar, and honeydew, and all three were spot on.
One thing to note: they take spice levels seriously. You can choose from 1–10. I went with a 5 (and I regularly eat spicy food), and it definitely had some heat. Someone else in our group ordered a 4 on the Pad Thai Woon Sen and couldn’t finish it. If you’re not used to spice, don’t overestimate your tolerance.
Overall, this place exceeded expectations across the board. If you’re anywhere near Council Bluffs, Mercy Thai is absolutely worth the stop.

Their food was delicious. You get to pick spice level, and the boba was good.
The crab ragoon was not bad, I just prefer other places.
Not sure about accessibility there is a little wall right at the entrance, where you have to take a sharp right instead of coming straight in. Probably to block wind.
The staff is really friendly
