  Jimmy John's, the company that built their reputation on delivery is failing. This is the third time I've called and asked for delivery but it's unavailable. I called the next store and they could not accept cash. Edit: 4th time and received the same. East Broadway isn't making deliveries and West Broadway will not receive cash.

  I ordered fourth dollars in food and got one sandwich which was as ordered. I called and complained and was told they were making a new order and would have it out in twenty minutes. This was told to me by Zack the assistant manager. I waited and nothing ever happened. No food, no credit, and now more wasted time. Beyond fuming.

  I ordered while the store was still open, after the store closed I got a text saying my order would be delivered by Uber Eats. I have no way to contact anyone from Jimmy John’s or Uber Eats about getting my money back. The store should not be able to accept orders late at night if they cannot fulfill them.
