Buena comida, pero el servicio demasiado lento, personal que tarda más de 15 minutos limpiando una sola mesa, no hay flujo de comensales, la comida es excelente, pero su servicio deja mucho que desear

We enjoyed the crab legs on Fridays. My companion loves seafood, and I love Chinese food. We're able to satisfy all of our cravings here. The créme Brule is outstanding!

The buffet is extremely overpriced, and I wouldn’t recommend going there for any special holiday meal — the price is jacked up and none of the employees want to be there. You have to tip before you are seated, so the servers are unmotivated to see to any of your needs or requests; we had drinks refilled ONCE despite asking multiple times, and the refills were only halfway and with no ice.
Despite the price of the buffet setting the expectation that you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the food, you’re expected to leave after 30–45 minutes. If you are seated near closing, expect the buffet food to start being taken down — the desserts get removed about ten minutes before closing — and expect your server and the manager to come by your table repeatedly to ask if you are ready to leave so they can start breaking down the main dishes on the buffet.
So to be crystal clear about their operation, let’s say they close at 6:00. If you arrive at 5:50, they will charge you full price, seat you, and you will eat food that has been sitting out unrefreshed for possibly hours while your server alternates between ignoring your table and asking you if you’re ready to leave — almost immediately after being seated — and your party will have a manager coming around every few minutes from the time you’re seated to ask if you’re done eating because they want to break down the buffet’s main dishes. When your party finally gives up and decides to leave after having one plate of food, you’ll find your dessert options are stale cinnamon rolls or stale cookies; everything else will have been taken off the counter and put away, and no — they won’t go get a creme brûlée or whatever else you saw that looked interesting, and in the same breath they tell you that, they’ll ask if you’re ready to leave.
Here’s a groundbreaking idea, Ameristar: recalibrate your casino games and MAYBE STOP SEATING CUSTOMERS OF YOUR BUFFET AN HOUR BEFORE YOU CLOSE.
Every aspect of this place is a money grab; AVOID.
