  So I came up to the register area where that keyhusk is at and there was a male manager home did not do a appropriate type of creating y bc he was like what are you here for like come on how rude do u have to be he was wearing appropriate uniform but a very light pants and he was white with a beard that is way past half a inch like closer to 1&1/2 to 2 inch bead and glasses but that was surprising how rude that was also I'm told the workers name is zander I will also be filling a report with corporate bc of how uncalled for that was

  Order accuracy has been a struggle for this location for quite a while. Incompetence is rampant. Can’t seem to get an order correct even when the restaurant is dead. Food…ok. Hope they figure it out!

  Waited for 30 minutes for my food when I got it it was cold and the order wasn’t even right. Tried to call no answer so we go back and the lady running the window told me I was lying about the food being wrong and she refused to remake it.

  I placed my online delivery order at 4:54pm and according to the receipt attached to the bag, my order was ready for pickup at 5:01pm. I ordered 14 food items and everything was prepared in 6 minutes which would be amazing if staff prepared everything fresh but unfortunately, it was not fresh. The cheesy fiesta potatoes were so stale, it was like chewing leather. The Chalupa shell was so tough I couldn't even bite it! I attempted to use a steak knife and ended up wrapping moist paper towels and microwaved it which really didn't help. The cinnamon twists were so stale it was like chewing pork rinds. I messaged the store so hopefully I'll hear back

  You people have to understand that when some restaurants are short staffed or there’s new employees that they’re trying to train or you know just anything just put your feet into those shoes. It’s hard to work at a fast food place very hard. It’s fast pace and I just don’t see them being rude because I’m the number one customer I don’t see them being rude there. They are very nice and sweet all of them, even though managers they will take care of you as long as you have a receipt people that don’t have receipts. I don’t think they should be taken care of because they use fast food like that. Taco Bell I give them a 50 star they do the best they can. They’re way better than any other Taco Bell here in Council Bluffs. I just think you customers are trying to get one over on Taco Bell and I think it’s bullshit. you guys are disrespectful to the employees and stuff. That’s how you guys are. I used to work at a fast food place for years so I know both sides of the you know table and I know how people could be now if refuse to mess up maybe you should look at it before you leave instead of waiting until you get home or a day or week later, but I give the managers 10 stars cause they do the best they can and Me and my family and friends will always go to the Taco Bell’s on 28th and Broadway very good people. If you don’t like it go try out the other Taco Bell’s They are disgusting I mean disgusting but 28th and Broadway. Taco Bell is probably the best Taco Bell there is so please back off of my number one Taco Bell they never done me wrong. Yeah they might mess up on orders here and there, but who wouldn’t everybody makes mistakes so suck it up buttercup or go to another Taco Bell but this Taco Bell I rate a 10 and the managers I rate a 100 because they have to sit there and put up with people’s bullshit. I give Taco Bell all my respect and I even died in takeout and delivery and everything is fine. Love you Taco Bell. You have my blessing.
