- JJJC5 days ago1.0My son and I have been loyal customers of QDOBA for approximately 15 years and have made weekly visits during that time. My son is autistic, and this outing is an important and meaningful part of his routine that he genuinely looks forward to. Unfortunately, during our visit today, we had a very upsetting interaction with a manager whose behavior I found to be rude and unnecessarily hostile. My son politely asked for a larger cup for water, and the manager responded by raising his voice and speaking to him in an aggressive manner. When I explained that staff members had accommodated this request in the past without issue, the manager loudly stated, “Tell me their names so I can fire them immediately.” This interaction was extremely distressing for my son, who did not understand why he was being yelled at. As a result, he became very upset and now feels uncomfortable and unsafe returning to a restaurant that has long been a positive experience for him. We are regular customers and spend a significant amount of money at this location. Due to health reasons, my son cannot drink soda or sugary beverages, and I would have been more than willing to pay for a larger cup had the request been handled respectfully. It is deeply disappointing that what should have been another enjoyable visit turned into such a negative experience. I hope this matter can be reviewed so that no other families have a similar experience. The incident occurred at approximately 3:51 PM on February 28, 2026
