- KTKorie TetzlaffAug 10, 20242.0We don’t order from here often and when we do order, we remember why we don’t. Always a hot mess there. We have never gotten prepaid pizza on time, and this last time they said we would have to wait 10 minutes extra for our order, then one pizza came out “bad” so they had to redo it. The guy offered us the messed up free pizza then said, oh nevermind this pizza is too bad, I can’t do that. Waited 30 minutes from when our order was supposed to be ready, and it was still messed up. They added olives to our plain sausage. Just said sorry and sent us on our way. I was 30 minutes late to my son’s birthday party, but nobody cares about that kind of thing anymore. Its sad because we like Pizza Hut pizza, but just can’t order at this location anymore, and it’s the closest to us.

It hasn't hit my account yet but I'm sure it will. Also manager, who was pleasant through the ordeal was going to discuss problem with employee. I explained I didn't want to stand there for that part and it could be done later. Really!! Get with the program, listen to the order, read the ticket, make the food. I guess on this particular day all that was just to much to handle for this group of people.
