The last couple times we’ve gone (even during off hours) we’ve been waiting 20+ minutes for our food after pulling up. Yesterday my husband sat for almost an hour, finally went inside and waited another 15, making it obvious they either gave away his order or forgot to make it. It’s one thing if it’s a rare occurrence or during busy hours but it’s not.

I had my kid place an order for pick up for just him, 1 meal, as a pick up order on the app. He placed the order at 6:23 pm and drove down the hill from the bowling alley to McDonald's. He che ked in and pulled into parking spot #4 and ended up having to go in after over 45 minutes of waiting for his food. He FINALLY got his meal after waiting over an hour and after they claimed they did not get his order. Funny when the app let him place the order, pay and check into a parking spot but they didnt get the order?! Placing an order online is for convenience and no one should have to wait an hour for a pick up order! The worst thing is he had to go in and ask about his order after 45 min and then got mediocre warm food. Poor poor poor excuse for customer service and management! This makes me very sad because ai know some great managers at this location but whoever worked tonight is awful!
