Instead of both pumpkin donuts, they only refunded one and replaced the other with a random sprinkled donut—without even contacting me first like DoorDash policy requires. When I called to ask if I could just pay over the phone for another donut (since these were for my two kids and only one would be getting what they wanted), the staff was rude and unhelpful. They refused to fix it and got upset when I said it wasn’t fair. It’s 7:00 AM and somehow a donut shop is already out of donuts? That makes no sense, especially when they’re supposed to bake them fresh throughout the day. I won’t be ordering from this Dunkin’ again. I’ll be taking my business to Pettit’s Pastry—they’re friendlier, faster, and never out of stock

It’s pretty bad when you have to stop at a different coffee shop to buy some espresso just to help make the Dunkin drink taste halfway decent. Just awful! The location across from Nebraska Furniture Mart gets my drink right almost every time. So why can’t Broadway?!?!

I finally told them to just tell me what they do have, because that would be easier. I had to settle for something I didn't really want. I should have just left. I don't understand why they put stuff on the menu that they don't know how to keep in stock. It was early afternoon so it's not like they even had the whole business day to run out of everything.
