  Went through drive through. Lady was extremely rude. We pay for 3 iced coffees and 4 donuts. They tell us to pull up. They come out with the 3 iced coffees with no drink carrier. Only give us 3 donuts. So I go back in and they try to accuse me of keeping one of the donuts saying they gave me 4. At this point I'm already in a bad mood because of the bad attitude. Ruined my morning on the way to work. If you don't like ypur job find a different one. I work in the food business. Never in my life have I been rude to a customer because I'm having a bad day.

  Horrible experience! I placed an order online and when we arrived to pick the order up, they told us they didn’t have any donuts and that I would need to request a refund through the app. I submitted two requests for a refund to which I never received any response. I then decided to call the customer service line directly and all it does is put you on hold and tell you to wait for the next available agent but nobody ever actually answers the call. Do not order from this place, they will take your money and not give your order!

  I use to visit frequently, but lately this place has gone down hill. always new employee who are either rude or don't know how to make the drinks and won't replace it w the right one when u return. cuss at each other or other customers.. if u don't wanna do customer service find a new job.. doesn't take much to just be nice.. what has this world come to.

  Me and my besties come to dunkin 45 minutes before closing. Once we get to the door to open it through the window they’re giving us dirty looks and whispering. we proceeded to walk in and they keep giving us dirty looks and a teenage girl finally after making it awkward comes up to put in our order. They were giving attitude and being rude and she was whispering to the boy making the orders and looking at us, she proceeded to start touching his face and flirt with him. It was very rude and inconsiderate and we are the customers and they treated us very badly.

  Last night, my daughter and I stopped for coffee and used the drive through. Unfortunately, the employee who took our order had a noticeably poor attitude, which made the interaction feel disrespectful and unpleasant. We felt rushed and a little upset as well. However, when we reached the window to pay, the younger employee who assisted us was very kind and professional, and she left a positive impression. While we appreciated it. The overall experience was disappointing. This location would benefit from more consistent customer service and employees who maintain a respectful and positive attitude.
