One employee was visibly sick and repeatedly coughing into her hand, which was very concerning. There was little to no basic interaction with customers, and I had to wait an unusually long time just to place my order. On top of that, the staff was consistently impolite. Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

I asked for extra flavor syrup and I can barely taste it which tells me they do not pay attention to orders. I would recommend going to any other Dunkin. It's worth the drive to make sure you get what you pay for.

Constantly cuss towards and with customers too. I don’t get how the restaurant is completely empty (nobody else in there besides their entire family) and still takes 20+ minutes for one coffee.
