  AVOID!!! Pure Trash, both my beef and cheddars were smashed together meat hanging out the sides and in the wrapper, the bottom buns were hard as rock, food was room temp and the fries smelt like old oil and were cold, I travel the US for work i dont expect much from fast food and NEVER LEAVE negative reviews BUT this establishment is the worse fast food place I've ever visited in the US, I had to throw my food away nothing was close to edible, food was probably a health hazard and the staff was careless and seemed to be more worried about socializing owner/management should be ashamed.

  Worst service!! Half of the things I told the girl at the register weren't even on my order so I told the manager and he gave me an attitude. And I still didn't get what I ordered!!! Wth!!

  Arby’s – Pilot Travel Center, Council Bluffs, Iowa Final Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3 Iron Stars) “Great food and A1 service, but cleanliness holds it back.” The meal was delicious and high quality, exactly what you want when you stop for a hot meal on the road. Everything was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. The service was A1 — fast, professional, and friendly. They know how to move a trucker line efficiently. Unfortunately, cleanliness is not their strong point. The dining area and overall condition do not match the quality of the food, and that pulls the rating down. 🦅 Highway Outrider Verdict ⭐⭐⭐ – Average Stop A solid place to eat if you’re hungry and want something fast and good, but not clean or polished enough to earn more than 3 Iron Stars.

  Well where's the meat? They are no where close to what they used to be. Really skimpy on the meat.
