    It was midnight when I stopped to get something to eat. The only reason they are getting a four-star review is because service was extremely slow. There was not enough Personnel on duty to deal with the drive-thru and inside. Otherwise the food was amazing but they need more help in the evenings and overnight.

    Only person in the drive thru, still had to pull up. Costumers don't care about your drive time. They forgot my drink since I had to pull forward for no reason.

    Arby’s in Council Bluffs, Iowa on 24th St. Several times you go in there at six in the morning 630 and the girl will tell you we’re out of gravy for the biscuits and gravy. The old crew used to just make the gravy. She just keeps lying because they never even made it and I’m tired of it being on the menu when they will not make it or have it. I really dislike being lied to if you’re too lazy to make the gravy don’t have it on the menu.
