  Dude. One positive is apparently McDonalds are pretty much self operating, cuz these folks were doing nothing. Dirty tables. Trash can overflowing. “Sold out” of half the menu. Isn’t most of the stuff just similar ingredients put in different combos? If you want a similar experience, just stay home and have your wife tell you we are out of anything you ask for and have your kids fight in the kitchen while she is making it.

  This was by far the worst customer experience that I have encountered. When we stood at the counter we were greeted with a finger point and one word, "kiosk". The first kiosk did not work and I pushed the help button, we were ignored. The second kiosk accepted my scan code and we ordered from there. We were unable to order the 3 dollar advertised drink. Trying to find a clean table in the empty restaurant was difficult. The tables that were wiped appear to have been swabbed with a dirty floor mop. We sat at our table with the order number which was yelled out from behind the counter. Not delivered to the table. I had to ask for the drink that was ordered and wait at the counter. The fish sandwiches were so so and not hot. The server seemed quite offended when I asked if anyone liked work here. I called the phone number that was on the app and asked to have the manager come out to the dining area. She stepped out and I tried to show her this review and point out our concerns. She turned her back and walked away. When we travel we expect a consistent level of food quality and service. This location could be used as an example of the worst.

  There were 7 people waiting to order, and we were told we need to use the kiosk. I will never use a kiosk. I left.

  Once again horrible. Order was screwed up AGAIN. This happens almost every time now. Ordered a two cheeseburger meal with no cheese. Get home and see that my burgers don’t have any pickles, no onions, no ketchup, just TONS of mustard and both were smashed and folded over. I will NEVER come back and I live in the neighborhood and used to go allll the time. You’ve lost a customer. You should close. Ten out of 11 times now over the last year you’ve messed up my order. Worked all day, now I have nothing to eat. Thanks a lot. And your prices suck now too. Totally not worth it. Bye FOREVER.
