I used to love the chia seed oatmeal pudding, but lately it’s been Extremely soggy every time I order it, even the oats and Sometimes the granola. Even if I eat it right away. The hot food is never quite hot either; the cheese doesn’t melt properly in the middle and it’s just lukewarm at best. This has happened every time I’ve been lately. Gave 2 starts because I know they can be good. I’ve been to this café in other cities and states and never had these issues — unfortunately, this is the only one near my house, and it’s disappointing to see how the quality and service isn’t up to par.

The shift lead and members helped us sort it all out so we just were able to make a seamless transaction to just pay the difference.
