  order is sitting on the counter… But apparently it's too late to go in and pick it up. Gonna make me get into the drive-through which is 20 cars deep rather than walk 10 feet to the counter to pick up the order. Mind you there are still customers inside sitting at tables.

  Order was wrong, lemonade was watered down, and they had me give back my wrong order item… so hopefully that gets thrown away and not served to the next person 🥴

  Sorry, but this is as Taco Bell as it gets, in the bad way. Staff clearly don’t want to be there and exude annoyance, especially when you place somewhat larger orders. Typically you have to ask for a receipt or you won’t get one.
