    Ok. Large selection for a store of this kind, quality is ok. It is usually very busy and hard to find a spot to sit inside. You can take food to the food court.

    I waited 45 minutes for a sandwich. A woman in front of me VERY politely told the manager her and her family have been waiting for over an hour for their food and the manager claimed they never received her order so she was basically out of luck. That family must have wasted over $100 and an hour of their time. She had the receipt on her credit card app. The least they could have done was offered a gift card or something.

    It's Panera so the food is good. When the thing you order is right. Once got a soup bread bowl, all I got was the bread bowl no soup so I had to come back and ask why I didn't get soup turns out they ran out of that specific soup so they just gave me nothing at all with my bread bowl. Every time I order a bagel with cream cheese I receive no cream cheese with my bagel in the bag, who wants to eat a dry bagel with no cream cheese? McDonalds gets my order right more than this Panera does.
