Just ordered the new Sicilian sandwich, which is supposed to have ham, salami, and capocollo. There is not an ounce of meat on this sandwich.

I'll be honest. I went here years ago to experience something new. And I was very disappointed by the lack of friendly customer service then. The young man who served me was not very friendly at all, and screwed up my order, them proceeded to give me snark when I tried to help correct it. But recently, I met an employee and told them about the experience I'd had. They asked politely if I'd be willing to give it another try, so I did. And boy, was it a major difference this time around. The work staff was friendly, attentive, and very patient with me, even though I kept my order very basic. And considering how heavily populated it was in there, this was very refreshing. My food came out in mere minutes and it looked good and tasted phenomenal. Overall, the experience was excellent. I will be back again, no doubt. Congrats, J.J's. You've earned back a customer.

So slow and not well run. Placed an online order but had to wait in drive thru since the lobby was closed during dinner for some reason. Got to the window and they don’t have any wheat bread. Just keeps adding up… classic
