2nd Street Dunkin is easily the most disappointing location in the county. I get the same latte every day from the highway 6 location with zero issues but whenever I get it from this location it's basically milk and syrup with no espresso in it. Total waste of money and time between the wrong drink being made and the crazy wait time at just about any time of day. Pick any other location and save yourself time and money!

What a cluster - - had to use the SINGLE touch screen to order, so the wait was long. The onscreen menu did NOT have all the variety of donuts/rolls available. Then trying to get an actual person to help was next to impossible because they were solely focused on their screens. The building filled up with people waiting for their order to get filled. Seriously, it was quicker & more efficient before when you stood in line, ordered at the cash register with a person, who immediately filled your order & you could leave.
