He didn't have the temperament to interact with customers. Shouldn't be working a customer service job if you don't have the temperament to deal with the customers

I made a small comment/joke about the card reader and the gal just glared at me and told me my coffee would be at the end. The other gal who made the coffee set it up on the stand without even making eye contact and immediately turned away… THEN three patrons - girls - sitting at the tables glared at me as I took my coffee and walked out. The entire experience - beginning to end - was unbelievable… I will NOT go back to this location any time soon.

Took almost 20 min for the first 2 and the matcha was finished but the employee was too busy chatting with her friend to put it in a cup, it was just sitting in the blender. When we asked she looked really annoyed that we wanted the drink.

I've been to caribous in a lot of locations and this one has some of the sweetest employees I've ever met! 🥰 we typically just stop in to buy a 5-pound bag of espresso beans, but we occasionally also get drinks when we stop in. The drinks are always delicious when we do get them and this is my go-to stop for my espresso beans! 😋 ( the higher cost I am logging on my review is because I am typically buying 5 lb of espresso beans at each visit. If I wasn't buying beans, drinks are within the normal price range😉)
