I was told it is because they lowered the price of the wings so now you pay for the sauces/celery. This makes them the same price. They always seem over cooked and they are super small. The last few times I have shown up for my order 5 minutes late to make sure my order is ready and it is still not ready. Although it was this time. I typically like the atmosphere when I do dine in and service is typically okay.
