- CBChristine BonfigJan 31, 20261.0Be aware that the 6pm close time means they've stopped serving ice cream well before then. Lights were still on, doors open, but when we entered a few minutes (well before) 6pm, the employees said they were already closed. Odd, since it certainly appeared they were open. It took us few minutes in the parking lot to actually leave, but they shut the lights off at exactly 6pm. So, it seems it would be more accurate to say the employees want to leave at 6pm, not that the business actually closes at 6pm. They most definitely aren't serving in the last 10-15 minutes. Be wary if you're trying to go near closing!

They are new and learning, but have lots of help and they're trying really hard and we've seen improvements already. The Dunkin isn't that special, because we've had it locally but the BR is great...except they don't have our favorite ~ World Class Chocolate! Imagine that the flavors will rotate in and out and maybe summer hours will be extended later into the evening maybe?! Glad it's back though...worth the trip!

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?
Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
