  I’ve gone to this Wendy’s before it’s one close to our house. Me and my roommate decided to go through Wendy’s after work and the guy that was taking the order did not understand us. We had to repeat it 4 to 5 times when we asked him what he was confused about he got snappy and told us the amount and to go to the second Window… Once we get to the second window, he rips her card out of her hand doesn’t say anything slams the window door, and then he throws her card in with our food and throws a bag of food at her very rudely, then slammed the Window door again. Customer service was very, very poor.. He had to be a manager or something because he was wearing a red shirt and he was the only one wearing a red shirt. BIG dark skin guy.

  I had such a great experience at Wendy’s tonight and wanted to recognize someone who really stood out. My daughter and I stopped by to grab a Frosty, and she tried the strawberry Frosty for the first time. The employee taking our order, Anasa, was incredibly friendly and helpful—she answered my questions and made the whole interaction feel welcoming. When we pulled up to the window, she was just as pleasant in person. She noticed my daughter in the back seat and went out of her way to include a toy in our bag for her. My daughter was so thankful and excited. It wasn’t about the toy itself—it was about the awareness and kindness Anasa showed in that moment that made our late-night stop feel special. Little acts like that make a big difference. I run a business myself, and I can honestly say I would hire someone like Anasa in a heartbeat. She represents great customer service and deserves recognition for the way she treats customers. Thank you, Anasa, for making our night better!

  Food was hot. Actually had to wait for it to cool to eat it; not common amongst fast food. It was fresh, served well, and the staff were all polite and accommodating.

  Been a while since we went to Wendy's, but it is was really great. Service, food and of course, speed since it was drive thru.
