  Freaky slow. I love jimmy johns but not this location. I waited at least 15 minutes for 2 little John’s. There was no other costumers in line and 3 staff inside but still took such a long time to receive our food. If you want to get jimmy johns try a different location.

  Had the worst customer service. Food was ordered for a work meeting was set to arrive at 11:45am to 12:00pm. At 12:30pm we called to see where the food is, we were told it left with the driver they have no control. An hour and half later the food arrived by a Jimmy Jones worker and was not correct was missing a piece of the order and we asked for the sandwiches to be cut due to what it was for. Someone else in the office called and got the run around. Then I called and I was told I was taking to the supervisor that would not give me his name told me I didn't need that. Then I went to explain the situation and the worker on the phone told me it was ridiculous that I was calling back about this. And I was a horrible person for complaining. I said well if the order is not correct and took way longer. so I explained to him if you use your hard earned money for something and it’s not correct wouldn’t you want it to be corrected in hand informed me no he does not complain about things. He just takes what he gets. I said well most people want what they pay for. He said your a horrible person and have a nice day then hung up. this customer service was absolutely the worst. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

  This Freaky worthless store deserves 0 stars. Walked in for a sandwich shortly after the dinner hour this Saturday and waited around for a couple of minutes at the register. Not an employee in sight to take my order. Based on several other poor reviews, this franchise location should be shut down.

  I ordered delivery via the Jimmy John’s app with this location. I put in my order and it was “received at 6:01pm” I followed the tracker in the app and after 25 minutes of no change, I called the store. The guy who answered talked so fast I couldn’t understand him. I was told my delivery was “WaitingToBePickedUpByaADriver” Immediately after the phone call ended I got two text messages from uber saying my delivery would arrive at 7:00pm… Not very freaky fast… but had the delivery come as fast as the dude who answered the phone was talking I wouldn’t give a one star review…
