After they took my order, they got one after another walk in customers who just made order there like me and about 5 of them got served before me. I waited over 30 minutes and finally they've got me my Bagels. The girl apologized about the long wait. I left and when later opened the Bagels they all were totally BURNED. There was no way someone could eat any. All that trip and cost for just dump the Bagels into the trash. I am very disappointed. It use to be always great food and service but this time everything was just horrible!
