Loved getting my birthday bagel and the Pastrami bagel today. The cheesy hasbrown bagel with veggie cream cheese hit the spot and the Pastrami had the perfect balance of savory, garlicy and cheesy goodness.
They can’t handle the volume they get on the weekends, we order ahead 3 or 4 times a month and it’s always an extra 10-40 min past quoted time. Just skip it if you’re in a hurry. The lobby is just a bunch of upset people so the vibes are bad as well weekend mornings.
incredibly slow service. never gor around to making my sandwich.

I chose this bagel shop expecting a solid, specialty bagel experience, but it ended up being very underwhelming.
I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, red onion, capers, and tomato. The employee asked me to repeat the order, which I did. While waiting, I checked my receipt and noticed the lox wasn’t listed, so I went back up to clarify. The cashier said he would let them know to add it, which I appreciated.
However, when I picked up my order, there still seemed to be confusion. When I asked again, I was told that lox and salmon are the same thing. While I understand people sometimes use the words interchangeably, they’re not actually the same. Lox is salt-cured and not smoked, which is specifically what I was trying to order.
I ended up keeping the sandwich anyway. It was decent, but nothing special, and the bagel itself was much tougher than I expected.
Between the order confusion and the quality, it didn’t really feel like a place that specializes in bagels. Not a terrible experience, just not one I’d go out of my way to repeat.

Came in at 7:15 on a Friday. Lobby had seven people sitting and standing, but there were no overhead lights on. The drink/cream cheese cooler was dark and empty. I asked one guy standing near the register, "Have you ordered"? He said, "Yes."
I stood at the register for the next ten minutes (I set a timer because I knew how this was going to go), while one order was filled by the one employee on the floor. The woman had a bag of a dozen bagels, but was told that "We're out of everything bagels. We have salt, sesame and poppy."
This is 7:15 on a Friday. One employee. Seven customers - before me - and one employee. The lobby is dark. The coffee urns were empty and not percolating.
Worse still, there were online orders and DoorDashes or whatever pumping through the printer the whole time while I was not greeted, acknowledged or even peeked at.
This location is an abomination. I admire those poor souls for coming in and slogging through the grime in an unsupported trash bin of an establishment.
I will no longer support this business or this location and will advocate for all with ears to heed this warning because while today it was me, tomorrow it may be you. And those online orders that came in while I stood like a dolt, they literally took those digital dollars and burned them on the altar of un-brewed coffee, un-proofed bagels and absentee management entitlement.
(Anyone looking to contact, I save receipts beyond what I share here and I promise this is a bad look for you)
