I went through the drive through.
For a sandwich that costs over $22 I would expect more than three tomatoes and meat that’s not dry.
Also note worthy… I couldn’t get the attention of the staff because they were too busy chitchatting.
I love Jimmy John’s and aside from price which I chose to pay, I’ve never had a complaint.
As such I’m going to email the CEO if I don’t get a reasonable response here.

Never messed up an order if you don't act childish and understand they're an incredibly cheap and busy fast food establishment. Free delivery? Check. Good food? Check? Fast if they aren't swamped? Bingo! 6 bucks for a full meal is a deal on wheels, ya feel? Good job JJ.
