  I don't mind Jimmy John's subs. Mostly have had great experience with the food. There has been a couple times I've pulled up to speaker during normal business hours only to wait with no response so unfortunately had to go somewhere else.

  I went through the drive through. For a sandwich that costs over $22 I would expect more than three tomatoes and meat that’s not dry. Also note worthy… I couldn’t get the attention of the staff because they were too busy chitchatting. I love Jimmy John’s and aside from price which I chose to pay, I’ve never had a complaint. As such I’m going to email the CEO if I don’t get a reasonable response here. 2nd St Clinton Iowa. 10/18/25 3:17 pm

  Staff is quick, friendly, and makes sure your sandwich is right! I have never had a problem with either location in Clinton. Always Freaky Fast, and always good!

  Took 45mins to get my food, manager and driver extremely rude!!!! Have no clue what customer service is. So called owner called to see what happened and he was worse then the manager, wow what a joke, what happened to customer service and the customer is always right.
