  I ordered ahead of time using the app, paid in advance (with tip) but when I showed up at the specified time I was told my order wasn't ready yet. I gave them my name and proceeded to wait, and after 20 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged by any staff members, I ask how much longer they're thinking? The employee asks for my name again, turns around and grabs my order that had apparently been done for a while now. 0 communication, 0 cares in the world for the Cherokee Pizza Hut employees, who were sitting in the back eating food and talking while I waited for food that was already done. The cherry on top was when I finally sat down to eat, my wings had the wrong sauce. Don't waste your money here, go to Godfathers or even Casey's instead.

  Hadnt ordered here in over a year and thought I'd give it another try because it seems something is always wrong with the order. And once again we didn't receive a part of it so my husband drove back to tell them. One of the workers said "well do you want me to make it again?" Are you serious? We paid for it didn't we? And another worker eating a sandwich in the prep area and not washing their hands after eating also no gloves 🤢 then my son finds a HUGE long black hair in the food. And going on the website doesn't help because there's no where to complain! I usually don't make reviews like these, but I am just tired of receiving bad service.

  This is one of the dirtiest restaurants in Cherokee, have given them another chance again only for my family to get sick after eating their food. The younger employees are also very rude and careless about interacting with customers. Won’t be coming back.

  I went in with my son who is 6 and we sat down and was 30min before some came over and got drinks +10 for bread sticks. While wait saw multiple works vaping and when I finally ordered it took 30 more min for food and no ask for refills. Bathroom was discussing. And while eat could hear works talking about inappropriate activities.

  I came in to pick up my order and the employees were vaping and talking inappropriate , not very professional, I won’t be coming here again
