  This location is a hit or miss. It just depends on the crew working. More times then not the sprite needs changed. And orders are missing items . But ive never had a long wait.

  Went in for what we expected to be a quick lunch. Unfortunately, after ordering, we waited about 35 minutes while customers who arrived after us were served their food. When we asked the cashier for an update, we were told our order had already come out, which it had not. We then asked to speak with the manager, but the interaction was very disappointing. Rather than looking into the issue, the manager was dismissive and accused us of being dishonest. As local, frequent customers, this was especially frustrating. A quick review of the cameras would have shown that we never received our food. The situation could have been handled much more professionally, and the lack of accountability and poor customer service from management left a bad impression.

  This is so dangerous. The employee at 10pm Friday night 12/19 promised us that this was a diet coke and pushed the button down for us in the drive through. My husband is diabetic. After a few sips he says i dont think this is right. We used our at home test strips to test the coke it was in deed a regular coke. Also our sandwiches were incorrect. I hope you train your employees better because this can cause someone to go into a coma or medical harm.

  Horrible customer service, demanding I pull into a parking space on a day with severe winter weather without another customer in sight. Then I get a cold in the middle hamburger. Awful!!!
