  It took longer than expected, the sandwich was cold, the fries were soggy and cold. I ordered the "Baconator" combo and I could of saved a couple bucks and just asked for a bacon cheeseburger. There was literally 2 pieces of bacon on it. Hardly call that a "Baconator". Especially for $12.39. Overpriced and not worth it.

  this is the worse Wendy experience i ever had. it was bad, they were out of everything no ketchup, pickles , lemonade, and gave us 4 dollars in quarters for change cause they also didn't have dollar bills. when we pulled up it looked like one of the employees was buying something out of a car. ( realize he was an employee when he walk back in. ) 3 out of 5 sandwiches were made wrong. one being made with onions which one of the kids are severely allergic too. when we pointed it out, the manger Reginald , was complaining how remaking the sandwiches cost Wendy money like it was our fault they didnt make the sandwiches right. when we ordered we asked him multiple times to make sure its only ketchup he refused to add it saying it comes that way. ( which they apparently had for sandwiches but not fries) he also told me it was our fault they put onions on the sandwiches cause we didnt tell him she was allergic. (if they made the sandwich right they wouldnt need to know about her allergy) he also told me I cant write a review explaining they tried harming a child because they couldnt follow directions and trying to blame us for thier imcompents. I would avoid this place if I were you. i,also,want to mention no one else was inside,.

  I would the staff were great beings it was a busy night ( because of middle school concert at Coe College) . The food was pretty good except it seems like EVERY TIME I visit they are "OUT" of baked potato. Now where it gets bad is the place was VERY dirty in opinion . The floors were sticky , cobwebs in the corner, and the tables tops and legs were dirty .

  So over getting the wrong items in the bags at this location. It's ridiculous to to pay $27 for a #1 and #6 to get home to find the #1, no chicken sandwich, and cold fries. Their solution? "I'll mail you a coupon". No. I want you to get my order right the first time. There is zero work ethic at this location. They simply throw whatever in the back, ignore custom requests (no ketchup, no mayo), and care less when it's pointed out. Management needs to either train the staff correctly, terminate the staff being lazy, or find new lines of employment themselves because when this is a consistent problem, it becomes a management problem.
