- SCsharena cole1 day ago1.0When food was delivered and some was missing I contacted this store and MANDY stated, I can come pick it up…. It was delivery for a reason and proceeded to argue with me that it was a few item and it was NOT a free item it was paid for. Had a poor attitude and very rude. You get treated how you treat people especially customers who call about missing food. She needs not to be in customer service or better training. Won’t be back to this location so I wont have to deal with MANDY again.

We walked in and were not greeted. The staff was short and rude. The assumed manager had headphones in. This was my 1st experience here and I’m not going back. Customer service training is needed here for sure.

Arturo is a very hard worker and always greets people with a smile. Everyone during morning and night crew are always working hard when I am here studying! Great location and great environment for any occasion whether its studying solo or hanging out with friends and family!
