  I pull through the drive-through tonight and was greeted with “welcome to Dairy Queen. I mean Taco Bell” with some giggling. I laughed it off because I too have had a second job where I accidentally greeted a customer with the wrong job name so I didn’t think anything of it. I start my order and ask for the #4 and the girl asked what drink I wanted, still giggling. I ask for a confetti cookie freeze, and the girl on the other end tells me that they no longer have it with some more giggling. I say, “really? Cause it’s on the board” and then there was silence with some more giggling. No actual response, so I asked for a lemonade and she told me they didn’t have lemonade with some more giggling. At this point I’ve had enough of the immaturity. I just ran right through the drive-through and went to the other Taco Bell on the southwest side where they proceeded to tell me they do have the confetti cookie freeze however, their machine was broken. The whole time I felt like I was just being messed with or that the girl on the other end was being really immature and just put me off. If they really didn’t have those items, she could have told me without all the giggling and had better customer service.

  Blue raspberry freeze tasted like cardboard.. Ive never ate cardboard, but I feel like I did now. Did not finish, waste of money

  No menus, no front help. No clue. Everything's done through a kiosk..and still screwed up the order..

  I particularly like the one in 1st Ave in cedar rapids, Iowa. Their restaurant is cleaner and the staff is nicer in my opinion but good food if their icy machine isn't down
