The name is Panera Bread, and they were out of bread. Sad thing is, they had the means to notify me of this. Both my phone number and email is attached to the app I used to order with. When I called to complain all I got was “ sorry, but we added an apple”. Wasted good money on a meal we weren’t satisfied with.

She was so disrespectful to all of the customers and she kept messing up the orders and would get made when she made the mistake. Not to mention they are out of a crap ton of stuff every time I come.
