  Every time I’ve gone here over the last month (for one happy meal by the way) I’m asked to pull ahead and park, to which they bring me 3 different peoples food asking if it’s mine. Get to wait 10-20 minutes because no one in there actually wants to bring the food out, when you finally get it, it’s cold. This is a joke of a McDonald’s, don’t bother filling out the complaint section on their website either because they won’t do anything, no one will contact you, you will never get your money back. Someone here should learn how to run a fast food establishment rather than whatever they have going on at this place. Don’t bother going inside either because you’ll wait even longer than if you are pulled ahead to park. Oh also, from someone who also works in fast food, I don’t think you’re supposed to give someone’s food to the wrong car and then give it to someone else.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I put in an online order and arrived at 7:03pm to get it. I sat in drive thru and no one was responding. When they finally did it was for the other drive thru. I waited and the next car pulls up and again no help for me but the other car. I finally got to the window and they give me some bs about how I actually need to drive around and go thru drive thru again. If I had any idea of the ridiculous bs that was going on I would have canceled and went literally anywhere else. I finally get to the window and now I’m told my food isn’t ready pull ahead. Not a huge deal right? Except there was already at least 3 other cars waiting for food. I waited 20 minutes before I finally went in. They had started my order but was waiting on a sandwich. The wrong sandwich. It took 30 minutes to get my mostly cold food. 0 stars. When I left the same people were still waiting. I don’t know if the staff was on drugs or what but there was zero urgency in any of them. Won’t be back.

  Put in a mobile order from the hotel next door, my husband went over there to pick it up, one worker said they didn’t receive it and just disappeared, I walk over there and they finally get it, I check my food and I’m assuming the manager (lady with black and red hair w glasses) I ask her a question bc I’m from Missouri so I guess every McDonald’s is different and she was rude then just goes no and walks away. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to

  Got only apple slices & a toy in both of my kids' happy meals. They also forgot the juice boxes... And my vanilla shake. I understand not having a receipt, but it was being hung up on by whoever answered the phone after asking what to do. So, I guess I threw 13$ in the trash and my kids are sad. 🥲
