  Order the Ramyeon fries, as it clearly says on the receipt, they even gave me the shaker bag. They forgot them so I pulled back around. The MANAGER argued with me that I paid for the shaker bag, not the fries. I was polite and said I wouldn't pay $5 for just a bag. He insisted I ordered the bag and not the fries then proceeded to get an attitude and slammed the door in my face. I stayed at the window so he eventually brought me the fries. I felt like it was common sense that I ordered the fries, not the bag. The attitude and aggression was beyond disrespectful. That guy shouldn't have a job, let alone be the MANAGER.

  I ordered 7 hash browns, 6 individually and 1 with a meal but only got 6, one was actually a fry for some reason so I got 5 hash browns and 1 fry. They refused to give me the 7th one and said I couldn't add, I specifically showed them the receipt and they just kept saying I was wrong.

  PSA: Do not order on the app and pickup curbside at this location if you want breakfast. You’ll end up waiting 20 minutes and not get your food and ultimately just donate money and points to the McDonald’s conglomerate

  Never. Not once. Have I come here and gotten the correct order. I’m not sure if the kitchen staff cannot read, or what the problem is, but I’ve never gotten exactly what I ordered. For the amount of money you pay for mediocre food, can I least get the shitty food I asked for?

  This McDonalds is the WORST at getting orders right. We've been burned time and time again, getting home from the drive thru, and noticing half of our order is missing. Only reason we return is because my daughter loves the chicken nuggets. So yesterday, I place an order in the app for a chicken nuggets kids meal and a few other things for me and my girlfriend. I go pick up the food, look through the bag to make sure everything is there, didn't look through the kids meal cause I figure how can you mess that up right? And get home, hand my daughter her happy meal and she opens it up and says "there's no chicken?!" HOW DO YOU FORGET THE MAIN PART OF THE HAPPY MEAL!!!! All that was in there was cold/stale fries and an old toy! They're advertising all this Super Mario stuff and we got some weird, cheap plastic basketball thing, looks like it was from the all star game that was OVER A MONTH AGO! Sent a letter to corporate cause I'm tired of these idiots not knowing how to do their job.
