  Last time there order was screwed up because jittery cashier was trying to help me out by getting McValue meals instead of my order. This time down the road my two double cheeseburgers were pre-cooked and served to me cold. I guess they forgot to use microwave. I returned 7 miles down the road but I did get a refund. I am a truck driver and I lost that refund on fuel cost.

  Order at 11:30, got my food at 11:40, and somehow rceived the COLDEST Fries and chicken nuggets that I have ever had.

  Lol.... Workers in drive thru seem absolutely miserable. Cheese on double cheeseburger slightly cold .. I hate wen cheese not melted but cool... Oi.... My pickles arrived in a clump in one bite lol .. burger n wrapped looked like it went thru a ketchup n mustard war zone ... Lol...

  This place needs a management overhaul. The health inspector should come take a look. The floors have not been cleaned in days, the mats are full of dried on mud and farm animal poop. The floors were slippery and just food everywhere. The tables and chairs were disgusting and the counter by the pop machine was absolutely disgusting. Huge puddle of water on floor by register. The workers sat there complaining about their manager so loud. Swearing and yelling instead of prepping food. The one and only front work was complaining about making mcflurries. She made one and proceeded to lick her fingers off and then go serve up fries. I did end up getting a cash refund from the shift manager, who was very kind and apologetic.

  This place is a disgusting mess. The floors are super slippery and greasy, and there is dirt and garbage everywhere. The workers sat and complained about their jobs instead of getting us our food. The lady working up front complained about having to make mcflurries and then proceeded to lick her fingers and then go on her phone without washing her hands. We waited 35 minutes for our mobile order before finally deciding to refund and she told us she had our cookies and can make the 2 mcflurries for us quick and complained that she was up there working alone.
