Absolutely ridiculous if you don't close until midnight. Another time we went and we stood there for 10 minutes and I finally went and asked for my order and they told me that no order had been put in and I was like that's ridiculous I already put the order in online they told me I needed to wait. I told him I had already been waiting for 10 minutes. One girl actually went and did her job and checked and she was like oh yeah this came through 10 minutes ago. But that's exactly the low bar customer service you're going to get in this Wendy's. And if they cut corners in front of the customer I can only imagine what kind of corners they're cutting behind the scenes

Even the Wendy's joints throughout our great country that aren't located in the best areas, and don't function at exactly 100% in service, quality, surroundings, etc.. are still light years better than just about any of the other major fast food brands, who's sub par general output don't come close.. I'm 4ever loving Wendy's better than all the others
