- CACharlotte Andrews2 days ago4.0Food is phenomenal and a great way to get a delicious but healthy meal in, and they allow a multitude of customizations for their smoothies such as protein or caffeine. Only complaint is the service; the employees aren't super polite and there have been a few times where I asked one of the more soft-spoken employees to repeat herself simply because I didn't hear what she asked me and she'll get very irritated and snappish. Would maybe recommend ordering ahead, but the food is amazing!

- EDElla DolphinOct 19, 20255.0Earlier today I was going shopping with my family and i stopped in tropical smoothie, it was very very busy however the store was very well kept and organized in order to benefit workers when it’s so busy! There was EXCELLENT service from a worker named Amy (beautiful and gorgeous smile) she was very attentive to customers, organized and professional. Definitely will be returning to this location and reordering the Bahama Mama! (recommended by Amy since i was overwhelmed by the wide variety of options at on the menu) I was ultimately very happy with my experience!
