  Ordered online with a discount code for my wife and myself. My wife wanted her birthday cookie and the young man couldn’t figure out how to get it. The lady said she could ring it up and then we just scan our app. Worked perfectly. Both employees were very pleasant. Store was clean and service was excellent. Nice to see the lady who I’m assuming was the manager. Be willing to get my wife her birthday cookie. She was that excited over her cookie.

  I walked in to order. One worker making a sandwich behind the counter. He said hi and continued working. Another worker came out of the bathroom and went behind the counter and picked up a paper order. I stood there for over a minute. No one said anything more to me. I then walked out. Evidently, online orders take precedent over a live human being wanting a sandwich. Sad state of today’s young workers.

  WOW is all I can say! This lady came in and was completely rude to the woman working. Swearing at her saying the customer is always right. Apparently, it was about the lettuce. The lady came from the back and put lettuce on top of the other lettuce and she freaked out. The worker was like what’s wrong and she went off and the lady went and got another thing of lettuce and said it’s all from the same box. She acted as if it was poison. The women said she didn’t need to speak to her like that. She went and got new lettuce and asked if she wanted something else. She swore again saying “ she was gonna have her job and she is a customer and they’re always right”. She walked out swearing came back in to throw her garbage from her car out still swearing. I said to the worker- I’m so sorry you had to deal with that. She said she was used to it. I feel so bad for workers who deal with the Karen’s in life.

  Lisa and Jorney are great. A lady came in yelling and they handled it very professionally. Lady was using profanity and saying how people shouldn’t be on welfare or Medicaid. Not sure what that had to do with the employees but I was in line with about 6 other people. Lisa apologized to us and gave 10 percent off our sandwich since we had to observe that.
