- TTThe Dream Family TourJul 8, 20251.0Called asking a question and Nathan had poor customer service hung up on me when I called back he told me not to call the store again when I was just looking for the store manager info and when they would be in hung up again on me I went into the store and asked him why he keeps hanging up on me I got attitude from him I took a picture of the front door for the store manager info I cannot believe these are the employees you are hiring the one kid cleaning the lobby was great it was Nathan who had the poor negative energy I will be calling the store manager next after this post he didn’t even apologize I never raised my voice with him or anything the coworker can verify that and the cameras
