I ordered for a pickup. Within a few minutes it said it was ready, GREAT I go to pick it up and see it’s not there so I sit and wait and the workers are obviously in no rush UNTIL EVERYONE STARTS FLOODING IN do they act like they are in a rush to do online orders. They continue to complain to customers that they are busy and can’t get anything done because they are busy DOING THEIR JOB MAKING ORDERS WHICH THEY CANT EVEN DO PROPERLY! The lady spent AT LEAST 20 minutes checking ONE PERSON OUT and I WAITED THERE FOR 45 MINUTES before someone actually made my order and halfway through making it they stopped and walked away from my order and went to the back. Grown adults can’t do their job properly at a subway shop and I was seriously about to jump back there and do it myself. Horrible horrible service. and ofc the typical they couldn’t even follow the order correctly. If you can’t do something as simple as making a sandwich why work somewhere where that’s your whole job. (The picture is my beautiful sandwitch being abandoned bye the workers when they left it Midway making it to go to the back to do god knows what)

I do not want my sandwich Kiara’s way. There were also no lids for the medium cups and the ice machine was broken. I am disappointed.

Pulled up to the location to see one employee on her phone. The chairs were atop the tables and another employee had what appeared to be a mop in her hand. Walked in and the employees ran into the back. Figured they’d be out to take our orders in a couple minutes. Not long after we walked in, more customers walked in and asked if we had been helped. MINUTES passed and the girls did not come up. One worker made an appearance through the opening to the back, but did not address us at all. After she disappeared and we waited, again, the other customer walked along the counter to peer to the back. I then said “HELLO??” Really loudly. The other customer asked if anyone was working. Again, more time passed and finally one of the girls walked to the front and said - rudely- that “the lobby was closed” .. to which we said, “huh?” And she replied “the lobby is closed. We’re about to mop this all down. We’re having maintenance issues” ???? Very rude. It was as if they were trying to hide in the back until we left verses addresses whatever “issue” that was going on. The OPEN sign was on outside too, mind you. My husband attempted to contact the owner but he wasn’t successful.
