  Waited in line for almost 50 minutes. Jamar, who was working the register was having a personal conversation for almost 5 minutes with the car in front of us in line while there was a line of cars to the road waiting for food.

  This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I went for lunch the other day and got pulled to park and wait for my food from the drive-thru. After waiting 20 minutes get the wrong food. I told Ashley one of the crew members that this was the wrong food she looks at me and says “That has to be the right food” I say no this is not what I had ordered. She proceeds to reach in my car snatch the bag of food out of my hand and tell me to come inside cuz she has no idea what’s going on. My cousin and I go inside to wait another 20 minutes before we got the right food. Ashley yet again tries to argue with me when I tell her I need another fry because one was missing so I show her on the receipt argues again tells me no I’m wrong I show her again then she finally says okay. Absolutely ridiculous rude for no reason and I will never be here again

  Absolutely horrendous food. Order was wrong, after waiting 20 minutes in drive thru the online order was all wrong, it tasted horrible and was an absolute waste of money. Only way to get money back from Choke and Puke is to go back to the store. Yeah and waste even more time and money, dont think so. Last trip ever to McDonald's. Too much competition to go there again. The feedback takes you to a link that asks for information from a receipt. Online order receipts dont give the information needed for the form. Just another way to run people in circles to not have to change anything. Again, done with McDonald's, too many other better places, prices for McDonald's have got too high to deal with issues like this.

  CR- Willams Blvd location is exceptionally terrible. Manager Victoria, ( if thats her actual Name) is a terrible person and horrible representative of "McDonald's Management". Will not return to McDonald's at any location, I will spend my money else where. Keep up the great work Victoria!

  I am from cedar rapids but now live in Minnesota, and I come home a couple times a month. I've been to this Micky D's 7 or 8 times, and I'm not kidding, every single time they messed my food order up BADLY in drive through, one time being a 48 dollar order! And 3 times I just drove through the drive through without ordering because they didn't have what I want or couldn't get my order right at the speaker! Straight trashiest garbage mcdonalds I've ever been to!
